The same with his daughter, mrs,

His two children, his son,

All he ever would, the family

Will never forget.

Ruth Ethel Barry

Myrtle Street

London

U.K.

The Ripper was always known for his passion for murder. The details of his murder spree vary widely, but he targeted prostitutes. As the name suggests, he did not commit such a heinous crime alone. He had five wives and three sons and he also had several illegitimate children. As the Ripper was married to eleven different women, the first wife was likely to have been the daughter of someone who also had to feed him for the whole duration of his reign.

In fact, the first wife and all the three sons died in the same day with a few months to the day before their deaths. These killings, all committed at the age of 28, would have required years of effort by the Ripper's men. The third wife would have provided for him, the youngest being 16, but the Ripper was always known to indulge his own desire for sex. So much so, that it was said the Ripper was constantly hungry and that at one time his stomach grew so large that it was actually his hands had to take care of the child, as the children had all died before his eyes. The fifth and final wife, was the oldest, although she too died of exhaustion.

There has never been any concrete proof as to the true identity of the final victim but there is very little doubt to that this was Ruth Ethel Barry. Born in 1875, she was the widow of Edward, the third son of the Ripper, but had to remain unnamed.

Her identity was finally revealed in 2002, in the form of an obituary written in the mid-1990s. As reported by the Daily Mail in 2003, Ethel Barry's death was caused by "the disease of a long period of starvation, which was compounded by the fact that she had been suffering from what was known as 'rhabdomyolysis' for several years prior." Despite the fact that she had been suffering from this disease for several years prior, Ethel Barry was, in fact, the one who died from this "rhabdomyolysis." She died in an unknown location on the night of October 28, 1903 at the age of 30. Ethel Barry's last words were: "I've done it all."

On December 15, 2010, the Ripper's grave was exhumed and discovered by the public. On this day, thousands of people poured into the street to pay their respects, which included many who did not know him. Man
